American 'white' Ash

Kiln dried - blanks  ideal for all most any purpose.

It has a rather coarse texture, but may be well figured.

The colour will vary from a white appearance through to brown.

Every bowl blank has a small centre mark on one face taking away any guess work when mounting on the lathe.

Supplied sawn with the edge sealed with hot wax to reduce the chance of the wood absorbing moisture pickup in storage Turns very well giving good results
